Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select MeFit AI, and choose to change or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the standard price. You can cancel any time from your Apple subscription settings.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email us and we'll help however we can.
No. Body photos are optional — they help estimate body composition and track change over time, but you can skip them and still use MeFit AI. You can delete photos you've added at any time.
