These Terms govern your use of the MeFit AI website and app. By joining the waitlist or using MeFit AI, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
MeFit AI is a personal fitness app operated by Thirty3. You can contact us at [email protected].
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use MeFit AI. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
MeFit AI is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Our plans, coaching, nutrition guidance, and body-composition estimates are for general fitness and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional.
Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns. You use MeFit AI at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits. Stop and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other symptoms.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as logs and photos). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
MeFit AI may offer paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store, which may include a free trial. Prices, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple and are subject to the App Store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
MeFit AI, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
MeFit AI is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeFit AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any injury or health outcome related to following a plan or guidance from the app.
You may stop using MeFit AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms as MeFit AI evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
